Clear choices, useful conversations
Customers can register, confirm their email and post an eligible request. Providers register, confirm their email and complete the platform’s review before using paid lead-access functions. The price to unlock a lead is shown first. Customers compare job quotes without confusing the service price with the provider’s lead-access fee.
Your account email stays out of the lead-unlock step. A provider confirms sharing when quoting; if the customer accepts that exact quote and confirms the notice, the two account emails are exchanged. You can then use messaging to work through the details. Acceptance itself does not book or pay for the job.
