1. Create your account
Choose Find a service or Provide services. Confirm your email, choose a password and acknowledge the current policies. Providers complete a profile and await platform review before restricted provider actions are available.
2. Describe the work
Customers can request Home Cleaning, Gardening & Lawn Care or remotely delivered Web Design across Australia. Add useful details and the request postcode, keeping personal contact details and sensitive information out of the description. On-site matching depends on approved providers’ actual working postcodes. National eligibility does not guarantee an available provider or a response.
3. Providers decide whether to unlock
An eligible provider sees the lead price and available provider places before spending wallet credit. At most three providers may unlock each lead. Credit can be funded with a one-off payment through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Unlocking permits a quote, but does not reveal the customer’s account email or buy a guaranteed job.
4. Compare job quotes
Providers submit the proposed job amount and important assumptions, and confirm the contact-sharing notice. The quote amount is the proposed service price; it is not another Quimzy unlock fee. Customers review the exact quote before deciding.
5. Accept to exchange account emails
If the customer confirms the quote-specific notice and accepts, Quimzy shares the customer’s account email with the selected provider and the provider’s account email with that customer. Other providers do not receive that exchange. No phone number or provider website is released by this step.
6. Agree the work directly
The selected participants can message about the request and make their own service arrangements. Quimzy acceptance does not schedule work or pay for the job. Confirm scope, timing, final price, cancellation terms and payment directly before work begins.
