Know the cost before you choose
Customers can create an account, post an eligible request and compare quotes without a Quimzy request fee. Providers pay for lead access, not for a guaranteed job. The provider’s job price is separate and is agreed directly with the customer.

The exact amount, maximum provider places and places remaining appear before you unlock. The fee is deducted once from your wallet for a successful unlock. The customer’s email remains hidden until the quote-specific confirmations and acceptance.
Home Cleaning, Gardening & Lawn Care and remotely delivered Web Design requests are eligible across Australia. On-site matching depends on each approved provider’s declared working postcodes; national eligibility does not guarantee a provider or a response. At most three providers may unlock each lead.
Add credit only when you need it
Choose a wallet amount in your provider dashboard and pay on Stripe-hosted Checkout. The amount paid and the wallet credit are shown before confirmation. This release uses one-off card payments, with no automatic signup bonus, subscription or automatic refill. Verified payment updates your balance; if a payment is pending, check the saved order before trying again.

Quimzy is not currently GST-registered. GST and card surcharges are not added to Quimzy charges, and Quimzy receipts are not GST tax invoices. A provider’s own service invoice and tax treatment are separate.
Understand what you are buying
An unlock buys the opportunity to quote on that lead. It does not reserve the work, pay the provider or guarantee a response. A quote not being selected does not automatically return the unlock fee. The defined open-request withdrawal flow returns the eligible unlock amount to the wallet. Report a duplicate debit, platform problem or other concern to support for assessment.
Purchased wallet credit has no expiry or inactivity fee. Contact contactus@quimzy.com to request a refund of unused paid credit to the original payment method after account and ledger reconciliation. Complimentary credit is not redeemable for cash. A wallet correction is not a Stripe refund, and a non-selected quote does not automatically refund its unlock fee. These rules do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Lead spending uses complimentary credit first, then purchased credit in the order it reached your wallet, oldest credited funds first. An approved refund amount is reserved from spending during processing. See the wallet and refund terms.
